I hope this post will help smooth things over.<br />One of the first posts I read by you was about the difference between tantrums and meltdowns and your advice was "remove the problem". I have kept this in mind many times since then as it resonated with my parenting methods. However some other parents with ASD children are more in favour of "tough love" and working through problems by not removing the child. Their thinking is that it will make the child more resilient.<br />Who knows which of us is "right", maybe we all are in different situations.<br />Anyway, I find your posts incredibly eye opening and useful.
